Our 3 year old microwave from another manufacturer stopped working so we got this LG microwave and I cant believe how well it works Its simple to use cooks everything evenly and quickly. I really love the turn table under the glass the glass never jumps off the turn table that was a problem with the other microwave. I hope this microwave lasts for at least 10 years. I recommend this microwave to anyone who is shopping for a new one.

Looks nice cooks fairly well I like the extra room to put big plates inside. I must say the door hinge and the push button to open the door are not made of quality product it lasted about 3 months before it started coming loose bye the 4 month the button had came out of its socket the spring is not centered in the middle and it doesnt have bracket holding the push button in place so with out the button the door doesnt stay shut doesnt lock the door so you can press start on the control panel to make it operate no button cant make it start

Broke in less than 2 years. Disappointing warranty

This microwave was installed less than two years ago and the button that opens the door is already broken. The front of the microwave has a label about a 10-year warranty so we called hoping for support. We were told that the warranty only covers the inverter. Long story short... the product didnt last and we were unhappy to find that the warranty heralded on the face of the unit only applies to one part. We bought all new LG appliances for a kitchen remodel and hope the rest of the products are better.

LMC2075ST OK Trim Kit needs Cabinet Modifications

I purchased the Model LMC2075ST microwave and the MK2030NST Trim Kit. The microwave is working fine. It has some settings which are different. So far so good. However I found what I consider to be a serious design issue with the MK2030NST Trim Kit. The kit comes with the following statements: Works with LMC2075ST 30-In stainless steel trim kit Coordinating trim kit hides the cutout for a clean built-in look Trim kit cut-out dimensions are 25-1/2 in. x 16-3/4 in. x 23-3/4 in Clearance necessary for application of the trim kit is 30 in The trim kit sits flush around the outside of the LG Countertop Microwave Oven model LMC2075ST in two sizes Specifically LG states that you need a 30 inch clearance for this application. However when you go to install the trim kit you have to modify the clearance down to approx. 27 inches in order to anchor brakckets I and J. Those brackets are 26 3/4 inches long. See attached Pictures. Most cabinet makers will build you a 29 1/2 inch opening for installation. It would be very easy for LG to extent the brackets to approx. 29 3/4 inches and make the installation much easier and not require cabinet modifications.

This is my 2nd microwave in 6 months. I bought this exact oven in January 2023. In April it started sparking I returned it to store where I bought it. Store told me what to since it was under manufacturers warranty. There were a few problems dealing with LG but I finally got thru I was sent another machine

I bought this appliance new in 2019 for a full kitchen renovation and have been very happy with it until recently in 2023 when the door started sticking a small annoyance and then the magnetron failed a major breakdown. I have had much older and cheaper microwaves that lasted 15 years or more so I was very disappointed when this one failed after only four years. Still I like its many features enough to try to get it repaired and its in the shop now. If that works I might upgrade my review to five stars.

Not working after just 10 months

We bought this microwave last August 2022 and about a month ago we got an F3 error code and the microwave wont work unless you reset the breaker. Weve contacted LG twice already and someone is supposed to setting up an appt to look at it but its been a month already and weve heard nothing. I wouldnt recommend unless you want to buy a new one every year.

Outstanding Microwave

Where do I even begin? I purchased a microwave a year or so ago and it was a complete disaster. The light didnt go on until the door was closed so cleaning it was difficult with no light. In addition I had to almost punch the controls to set time and start and the list goes on. Fortunately at least for me it stopped working. After careful review I chose the LG Neochef. This microwave is sleek and cleaning the outside is a breeze. Instead of annoying beeps you hear pleasant tones. The controls are very sensitive and require the slightest touch to activate. In addition if you dont take the food out right away you are reminded. So far I havent found anything negative about this microwave. Its a keeper for sure.

Lasted 3.5 years

For the price I thought this microwave would last longer than 3.5 years. Stopped heating entirely. Pretty sure it is the magnetron which has a 10 year warranty. I have to take it to an authorized service center and pay for labor to have it replaced. The cost would not be worth it. Also the door handle on this model sticks sometimes.

This LG microwave has an actual smart inverter that works. What that means is 60 power is 60 all of the cook time and NOT full power on for 60 of the time. The pulsing of full power which most microwaves use tends to overcook parts of your food and to toughen it. My husband can actually poach eggs in our microwave on a reduced power and not have hard overcooked pieces and the yolk doesnt explode. We loved this microwave so much from our previous home that we replaced the professional microwave that our custom home builder was putting in our new home. I cant recommend this microwave enough.

I do believe I picked the best microwave on the market at least for me it is its so easy to use and I love all the features it offers. I compared quite a few other microwaves but LG is very superior. Love love love it

I have had this 3 weeks and it is awesome I like the large size and I am playing with the auto-cook feature. I cant remember the name but I just press a button and it warms up my food without me having to figure out how many minutes to program into it.

We bought this microwave a couple of months ago when our previous one suddenly failed without warning. Was not aware that LG sold microwaves but have been very happy with other LG purchases over the years and decided to take a chance. We had a list of key requirements including recent manufacture we didnt want to bring home a product that had sat in a store or warehouse for several years. This one hits all the key features including size/capacity and matches the kitchen decor well. It definately helps that we got it at a great sale price. Couldnt be happier with the purchase

We bought this to replace the same model which we had for only about 2 1/2 years. Honestly its fine but it should have lasted a lot longer and we repurchased it only because it fit the space with the built-in frame

Not engineered to hold up what so ever. Broke button that only has a couple flimsy plastic pivot arms and messed up LED read out. Dont bother pretending to respond Ive already wasted hours with customer care to have them tell me they arent standing behind it. Funny it just takes one bad experience to completely turn you off of a brand.

The sound for LMC2075ST CAN be turned off.

I do like the look of this microwave and it seems to work well so far not long enough yet to write that review but the sound oh the sound. There are different models with different ways people have found to turn off the sound for them like holding in clear and the sensor heat buttons for a few seconds at the same time until it displays off but for our LMC2075ST model the answer we found online was holding in the timer and the off buttons simultaneously. It does turn all the sounds off but it doesnt annoy half the household.

I bought this microwave online from LGs website a few weeks ago with a trim kit. The trim kit came two days before the microwave so I waited for the microwave before I started the in cabinet install. When unpacking the trim kit I discovered three of the mounting hardware components were damage including the stainless steel trim. I contacted LG via phone call and they acknowledged the concern through several emails including a return label. Its been 10 days and I havent heard if they received the return and was informed that I wouldnt be receiving a replacement until they received the damage one so waiting to hear from them as of now. I like the microwave but was a bit disappointed when I discovered the number pad isnt lighted so need to turn on kitchen lights in the evening to see timer pad. The mounting hardware makes the microwave safe to use when its installed in a cabinet so Im bit concerned when others use it as it can tip out if youre not careful. Ill review again when my trim kit is final received and installed
