I was excited for this refrigerator until the ice fan broke and now the door hinge has broken and it is impossible to get anyone to come fix it. It has been a year almost to the day. Extremely poor quality and customer service though nice is not helpful and seems to not care.

I love this refrigerator. But 1 week after the manufacturers warranty expired the fan for the ice maker. Luckily we purchased the extended warranty from Lowes where we purchased it. They were excellent got it fixed quickly. I love the glass door very handy to check on items in your fridge. Its spacious plenty of room. The only thing I would change is how the ice and water are dispense. In our other lg the system was more convenient.

I thought this refrigerator may 2023 and its already not working. It wont stay cool Ive lost several groceries. Have had an appliance repair company come out and have to pay $300 for an evaporator fan motor to be replaced.

Air Filter

I like the fridge just didnt like that the Air Filter size being changed by LG. This meant that the recommended LG filters no longer fit the fridge. I ruined 2 filters trying to cut them down. Then I read on Best Buy site that LG would replace the filter housing. LG would not provide replacement filters. Also disconcerting that LG never informed me of the change as I had registered the product.

Freezer Motor Quit After 1 1/2 years

I purchased brand new appliances for my kitchen and laundry room - all LG. My refrigerator has been making loud sounds for months and I recently had to pay $500 through LG to repair a refrigerator that is less than 2 years old. The motor in the freezer had completely stopped working and that sounds more like a manufacturer defect instead of me having to pay additional money to fix it. I had my last refrigerator 15 years and I only got rid of it because I upgraded my kitchen and wanted stainless steel. What a mistake. I do not recommend this brand. Im so afraid that all of the other items Ive purchased will be low quality and just break as well.

Ice maker stopped working 14 months after buying new. Customer service wouldnt help saying it was out of the one year warranty. $3500 refrigerator and out $800 for repairs shortly after one year of residential usage. I will not be buying LG refrigerators anymore.

The reason for the 3 is that my inside ice maker is leaking and the code E1F continues to appear on the screen they had to order the part but its taking 3 weeks to get someone out to repair my system not happy about that.

Bought this refrigerator new and started getting E1F error codes after only 14 months of use just after the one year warranty expired. Customer service did nothing to help. I do not recommend LG refrigerators to anyone due to poor performance and difficulty in getting service. Now I am having to pay $800 out of pocket to repair a refrigerator that is just past one year old. This shouldnt happen to a $3000 refrigerator. LG doesnt stand behind their products.

I bought this refrigerator a year and a half ago and have been really pleased with it so far. Its pretty spacious for being a counter-depth fridge. Ive managed to stuff a whole Costco Pumpkin Pie in there and still have room for leftovers. If I have any complaints its that the fridge didnt come with an egg bin or a butter garage. Both would have been very handy to keep those items fresh and protect them from taking on various smells in the fridge. Having two ice makers has been great as the one in the door is fairly small and runs out after two or three people put ice in their drink. I dont often use the window to check the contents of the fridge so I think I probably could have done without it but otherwise its been a great fridge. Also thanks to LG I was able to get a replacement cover for the air filter since the one mine came with didnt fit the new air filter replacement cartridges. If youre in the same boat just go to https://lgecares.com/AirFilterCover/ and request a new one free of charge. For that alone Id recommend LG and this fridge.

The refrigerator looks nice and works fine though the layout would benefit from a better drawer layout. The in door upper ice maker has been nothing but trouble - it rarely makes ice generates error codes and cant be turned off the lower ice maker is fine.

We purchased the TV in December 2023. We received it on December 24 of 2023 and could not wait to receive this review so we could tell you how truly disappointed we are that the motherboard a.k.a. solid state board has totally malfunction. On top of that the technician instead of doing his research ahead of time was under the impression that he knew what was malfunctioning with the TV without even showing up at our home until it was time to repair once he arrived the technician discovered that he didnt have the equipment or tools to repair our eight month old TV. My wife spent an in ordinate amount of time researching this so-called OLED TV trusting your company to give us a really great product. We feel that your company owes us a new TV and that we should not have to rely on a repairman to fix a brand new solid State of the art TV. The repair man informs us that the part he needs to repair on our TV is coming from either Tennessee or California by tractor and trailer and would take a minimum of 10 days. I cant begin to tell you our disappointment in your product and until someone contacts us and makes this right we will not be satisfied as we are still waiting to hear from your repair personnel unfortunately I have had greater experience with a lesser priced apparatus than your supposedly great TV.

1st off. The 1st one I ordered was a lemon. Waited 48 hours and it didnt begin to cool. The compressor leaked a bit. Maybe dropped by delivery guys. 2nd of all Best Buy replaced it. The new one started cooling within an hour or 2. We absolutely love this fridge Its high end very clean looking. Its perfect with multiple ice trays that automatically fill up. Some say the shelving is weird. I love it. We just put milk in the spacious door shelves. Also its nice to stay in tune with all our LG products via the app. Lets us know of any issues. I love all my LG products from tvs to dishwashers. You guys are awesome

The Only Bad thing about this Refrigerator is the Upper Ice maker in Door is Bad and all the Technician says is No Matter what you do just defrost it and try it again and hopefully it wont Freeze up again. It did. We tried contacting LG again and they Wont send anyone to look at it even with my Warranty and Extended Warranty they say All these Refrigerators have the same Problem and the Fan will Always freeze up. No one will help us or do anything to help with the Refrigerator.

I bought it November 2023 and the icemaker stopped working 3 months afterwards. Luckily it was still under manuf. warranty but it took almost 3 weeks to get it scheduled. It was a quick part fix/replacement but a new fridge should not malfunction so soon.

I love my new refrigerator. It looks nice and is very functional. The reason i gave it a four instead of five is due to the difficulty with the water and ice dispenser. Unless you have a wide mouth glass or bottle water and ice end up on the floor.
