Like the refrigerator. awful icemaker

I like the refrigerator. The Ice making is the worst. We run out of ice often and then it does not make it again for days. With 4 different kinds of Ice you would think we would always have ICE The door ice runs out everyday There are only 2 of us in my home myself and husband. Every time we have guest over- almost every weekend we need to buy bagged ice.

Great features and lots of space

Bought this in June 2024 to replace a 5 year old LG. Love this brand got the counter depth version and find there is plenty of room for the 2 of us both the fridge and freezer. There are 3 ice options and I was able to turn off the craft and mini cube options until I was ready. Only thing taking a while to get used to is there are no handles like the old one. That is our only complaint

Very Dissatisfied Dont waste your money

I bought this 3 weeks ago and have been very disappointed since I got it I paid ALOT extra for this refrigerator just because I wanted the extra ice makers because I use a lot of ice. This refrigerator has 3 ice makers on it and it makes 4 different kinds of ice it also has a feature on it where you can push the button for Ice Plue to get extra ice made faster well they say you have to wait for the first 48 hours after plugging the refrigerator in to start getting ice. Well here it is 3 weeks later and I think with all of the ice makers working I have probable have receive 2 full buckets of ice in the drawer total Also there is a Frost across one of the pull -out drawers inside of the freezer I have been on the phone with LG customer service several times for at least an hour or more each time readjusting the temperature as they suggested which did not work waited the next day for a manager to call me back at a time that they set up with me for them to call me back and they never called I had to call them the next day because by the time I waited for the manager to call me they were closed when I called them the next day they just had excuses of why she did not call me back. They said that they want to send a repair man out to look at the refrigerator and I told them that was fine but if something was wrong with the refrigerator I did NOT want them to repair it I wanted a new unit because I paid a lot of money for this unit and I did not want a fixed unit I wanted a new one They just kept ignoring this statement I finally agreed for them to send the repair man out to look at the refrigerator and he noticed right away that the doors on the refrigerator were not even so it was not sealing properly so he leveled it out at the bottom and it looks like it may have straitened it out as for the ice he said that that is all of the ice I will probable get that is why they are putting in 3-4 Ice makers in these new refrigerators because they dont work on Freon they work on something else that is why our old refrigerators made so much more ice with just one ice maker I like the refrigerator but I am extremely disappointed with the ice makers I am also extremely disappointed with the customer service that I received from LG customer or Lack of Customer Service and this product I do NOT recommend this refrigerator if you want a lot of ice save your money and buy a cheaper model

Very nice overall refrigerator 1

Really great looking fridge with great features. Love the craft ice and the other types of ice as well. One thing I overlooked for measurements were the 4 inch thick doors. Where the refrigerator goes in my kitchen I had to remove eight inches from the hallway wall so I could get the unit closer to the wall and now works perfectly in my very small kitchen. The space inside is great and works very well. The adjustable shelf I like as well. Its easy to adjust as needed.

Wonderful fridge all the bells and whistles you want without going overboard. I am not a fan of the refrigerators that have clear windows in the front this is elegant and we have received numerous compliments on it. Not having the handles cuts down on the size and it reduces fingerprints too. Having multiple types of ice is actually super nice the craft ice is great with drinks and the mini ice is awesome with big bottles of water. Five stars for sure.

This is a nice good sized frig with great features. Really like the craft ice option as well as the automatic light that activates when you walk up to it. 3 spaces in the freezer are also helpful.

I purchased this refrigerator from home depot and it was delivered damage. I have had such a time trying to get home depot and ask you to repair it. I will never purchase an energy product again as long as I live. The customer service from LG has been horrendous.

I purchased my refrigerator from home depot and it was delivered damage. I call LG and got no help. LG has given me the worst customer service. I have ever seen in my entire life. They take no responsibility of delivering damage product. The people and then say we dont have to fix it I have. Im trying to get my refrigerator fixed for 6 weeks and have been getting the run around. I will never buy LG again and I will always turn people away. If they ask me about customer service and how l GIs it?

We are really happy with the amount of storage this counter depth model has and how everything is organized inside.. We did have an issue when the refrigerator was delivered with the doors being slightly misaligned but LG assigned a tech person immediately to correct the situation so the customer service is GREAT

I love my experience with Dons appliance and my new lG refrigerator The only thing is I with it came with ice tongs and ice scoop and the wheels on the fridge are nice however there are no adjustable feet in the back. In order to level my fridge I had to raise the back up a little and be a little creative doing it. Other than that I am getting use to the different interior design from my old one and just loving the the whole thing. The fact I can get 3 different ice at anytime is awesome.
