We love the size and the round ice is a huge hit. Cleans up more easily than previous stainless steel appliances we have owned. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars has to do with the shelving. The drawers in the middle stick if there is too much weight on them due to inadequate support and the middle slider in the freezer under the ice will come off its track pretty easily. Its essential that the ice trays stay in the grooves for them or for some reason it causes that other tray to derail. Otherwise LOVE it

Love the space

We bought this for a new home. It barely fit into the Refrigerator cabinet but it did fit Love the amount of space once shelving was reconfigured to our desired specs. Three types of ice are great though the fancy round ones dont make as fast as it says. But fun to have Alerts when door is left open are great as that was an issue with our last refrigerator. The only issue is that the long shelf above the drawers will stick if there is much weight above them. Could use a bit more support for that shelf. But overall we are loving it

Very Poor Service

I bought my refrigerator the end of March. It is a nice appliance with plenty of room and a variety of ices featured. One month later it quit making ice. It took over a week to get a service person to come and try to fix it. It took another week to order parts and try to finish fixing it. It stayed cool for 4 days and stopped cooling again. We called the service person and he asked us to call the service number to get him back out to fix it again. We called and were given a date a week later. I asked to talk to a supervisor and got the same response. I am guessing these appliances are so poorly made that all the service people are too busy to provide service in a timely manner. The two times we have had him out he was running behind and from one call to another. I guess not having a working refrigerator is a common thing for customers. Definitely not Lifes Good

really like the refrigerator. only 4 stars due to the fact that the first 1 that was delivered wouldnt work. they had to come back and replace it a week later - which was a big inconvience. And it will take some time to get in the habit of opening it without door handles. but that does save us a few inches of space in a tight area.

The fridge itself is very spacious. The features are great so far. This is why I gave it 2 stars. The issue is if you put an external thermometer on the door you will clearly notice a 5 -6 degree difference than the back of the fridge. I believe its the instaview mirror heat transfer.

Ongoing problem that no one will fix

What I believed would be a fantastic refrigerator to own has turned out to be the opposite. The doors remain uneven preventing them from closing properly. Ione slams shut while the other needs a heavy push. Numerous calls and emails and Wrong parts sent to me a month later its still not right. And no assistance. Costco has been a disappointment as has LG. Think twice before dealing with either on this item.

We replaced an old similar LG french door model by this new model that we loved with the new features and the three icemakers. The smart feature is also a great thing since you can control several values from your smart phone locally or remote I found it very useful when in vacation and you always forgot to adjust the temperature to a higher level. We reported a small issue with the water dispenser and very soon we had the visit of a very qualify technician that solve the issue great service

Great fridge overall

We bought this to replace an older LG whose compressor failed after the warranty expired. We love the craft ice even though it makes only 6 balls per day. The previous LG fridge had 3 drawers in the center and a split door. The new one has two larger drawers and no split door. Were still getting used to those changes and had no idea how much wed miss the split door until it was gone. Theres plenty of storage space inside. Since we almost always have tall bottles in the fridge we permanently removed the shelf instead of using the one that can retract for taller items. The connected features are limited because theres no true temperature measurement. The temps will read whatever youve set and theres no alert if the compressor fails and the unit isnt maintaining temp. The ice settings are easier in the app because on the door you have to remember if each is a fast or long push. Overall were happy with this fridge and hope it lasts as long as our previous model

Clean modern design with great features

Nice clean modern design This frig has plenty of room with a handless design that is easier to keep clean. We like that the shelves are removable for cleaning for those inevitable spills. We also like the UV disinfecting light in the in-door water/ice dispenser. Having a freezer ice maker is much better than just an in-door ice maker to satisfy ice needs. We are very happy with this design

Great entertainers refrigerator

Love this refrigerator. We hosted a dinner party 5 days after delivery. Sphere ice for cocktails were a hit and much easier than the silicon mold Ive been using to make them for years. Capacity is huge. With the doors extending to where handles used to extend this model has no handles the interior is cavernous. We are serious cooks and love to entertain. This refrigerator definitely exceeds our expectations. Please note the installation state it will take a few days for the various types of ice to start production. This is true. At first I was concerned but once production started it produces plents of each type of ice. Make sure to throw away plenty of water and ice batches at first to eliminate the chemical taste from the new water lines.

Thanks to my parents our entire family is never without ice. I love the new depth of the unit as it is now flush with the counter tops. True to its word the outside is very easy to clean and the smudge resistance technology is much appreciated. LG is our go to brand for our refrigerators as well as washer and dryer units. I absolutely love this refrigerator I love the 4 different types of ice it makes. The craft balls are great for my water bottle for work as I am a night-shift nurse and it keeps my water ice cold all night long. There is so much room in the freezer. The motion sensor for the LED light on the freezer drawer is great when you walk in the kitchen if you are going for a snack so you can see too.

This was part of my kitchen appliances upgrade. The sleek appearance with no door handles really set it off. The freezer is modest size with 3 trays. You have 2 types of ice makers with one making ping pong balls of ice that I can put in my water bottle and it last almost 24 hrs.

Love our sleek LG Refrigerator LRXS3106S

We love this new sleek style without handles protruding on the outside of the unit. Easy access entry from the top and center bottom of the doors. There is plenty of room and great organization with this LG model. Freezer compartment is big and easy to organize. Love the additional double ice making in the freezer where you get 2 different types of ice made. This is in addition to your regular ice maker that you fill at the door. We had a lot of choices with LG and this I felt was our best. I am very happy we decided on this model and would not give it up or want to change for another model.

Our new LG refrigerator has met all our expectations plus some. It has lots of room with great drawer space. The freezer is large and on my gosh 3 ice makers. We are a family always in need of ice being sports oriented. I love the auto light feature when walking up to the refrigerator. I purchased the model without handles and love this feature because it is so streamline. It had the capacity of being opened from the top or bottom of the refrigerator door and the freezer has a convenient indentented lighted release at the top of the freezer drawer. Settings are located on the inside panel of the refrigerator and are so simple to navigate through. I am so impressed with this model and happy we purchased LG

We are a LG family and when our LG refrigerator slowly was giving out after 11 years we knew we wanted to go back to LG again. We love how organized the product is. It is easy to adjust the shelves and store your food without worries of not having space. LG also has a variety of Refrigerators to match the needs of your household. Bought this model on accident. We wanted the 3016 but somehow bought the 3106. The big difference to us was that this model does not have door handles but has grab notches on the top and bottom. Okay but a pain. I would not suggest a fridge without door handles.
