I had this range installed on February 16th 2024. I ordered it on December 8th from Lowes and it took almost 2 months to be delivered. I understand that its a high demand item but it was what I wanted so I was patient. On installation day AA PROPANE installed the gas propane line to the stove. When it came time to do the conversion from natural gas to propane the service mechanic had trouble with removing the orifice from the right front burner. He tried to remove it like he did with the other four burners but the fitting was starting to round off. He then stopped before he damaged the fitting anymore. He said that this has happened before with about four other LG gas stoves that he had serviced in the recent past. He felt that the factory is tightening the orifice fittings too tight. He referred me to Lowes service department to arrange the repair. I registered my stove with LG and made a service request. I received a text asking for a picture of my receipt on February 20th which I sent them immediately. The next day I received another text asking me to kindly coordinate with Lowes service department. I called Lowes and explained the situation. I was put on hold then when someone answered it was Lowes warehouse where the stove was shipped from. I explained the situation again to another person who asked me to hold. Guess who answered Lowes customer service whom I talked to originally. I hung up as I was getting pretty frustrated at this point. The next day I stopped in at Lowes in Middleburg Florida and started the whole process of explaining my situation again. I talked to 4 customer service reps each time explaining that I needed to have the natural gas orifice swapped out for the propane orifice as part of the conversion. I told them that I am in possession of the correct fitting as the stove was supplied with everything needed. I explained that 4 out of five burners were converted successfully and that I just needed the fifth burner repaired by removing the stripped out fitting. They said that LG might just replace the stove. I was adamant that I didnt want the stove replaced and that if they did replace the stove I would have to pay for the installation again and that they would STILL HAVE TO CONVERT EACH BURNER FROM NATURAL GAS TO PROPANE I finally spoke to a man named Joe who I think was a manager or was at least a senior customer service representative. He stated that this situation was an LG issue. He told me that he would contact LG on my behalf and explain my situation. This was on February 22nd. I have been very patient and havent had any contact from anyone from LG as of yet. I stopped by Lowes again this afternoon after work to see if Joe had heard anything from LG yet. He stated that he had spoken with LG and that they had stated that LG would contact me. I have received ads in emails from LG but thats it. I have been telling my coworkers about wanting this stove and when it finally arrives and is installed I had to tell them of the problem with the gas conversion issue. Now everyone knows about my problem with my LG stove. Minus this problem the stove is useable less one burner. The largest one. The one that I will probably use the most. The Ultra Heat one. I love cooking on propane gas I love using the convection oven and air fry feature. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS BURNER ISSUE

Lousy Customer service

Oven still wont work correctly. Set temp for 360 oven is over 400 degrees. In even baking casing one side to burn. Requested service from LG and by their on admission they never contact a service person.

I was hesitant to purchase a gas stove because I had heard from several people that the oven temperature was not as reiliable as an electric stove. When I saw this dual-fuel option I decided to give it a try and I love it I relly like the gas burners - and the oven works great even has aan air-fryer setting.

I have had this for a month. Love the gas top foe cooking. Old oven was all electric. Still getting use to the air fryer. Seems to take longer to cook items compared to the counter top air fryer we had prior to this oven. Wish the control panel had a back light so you could see the options in low light situations. Used the griddle a few times and saddened to see it stained after cooking bacon the first time.

I have not had a new stove in 32 years I am just shocked at the upgrades the different size burners the alarm that tells you the oven is preheated the alarm that goes off when the food is cooked. I could not be happier.

This is our second one the first one shot flames out of the biggest burner almost catching our home on fire. Our second one has an oven that is either 20 degrees low or 20 degrees high. Have had no success in getting anyone to take responsibility for this problem. LG transfers me back to Best Buy who tells to talk to LG.

Love the dual fuel feature

I bought this because I wanted a gas cooktop. Doing my research I found that the electric for the oven gives a more consistent temperature than gas and then found this dual fuel oven. I love those features. The ultra heat burner on the cooktop has given me some issues with lighting. I have had service out 2 times since owning it because of this 1 burner. It still has some issues but it will eventually light. I have not yet used some of the features available but Im sure that I will love the other features as well.

Ive had this for a couple months now and am pleased with my purchase. I enjoy using the air fryer in the oven so I dont have to drag out a separate appliance like before. Took me a little while to realize I could knock on the glass and the oven light comes on. How cool The only thing I would change is when you set the cook timer when its done it shuts off the oven completely. If what Im cooking isnt done I have to turn the bake knob off and then back on. Otherwise I love this cooktop/oven

Great range..late to market.

This range replaces a LG range that we bought just a few years ago. Had problems with the oven that could not be fixed. This is the range we wanted but LG did not have this model yet. Very happy with this range but it came with a dented oven door the storage drawer was also dented and could not be pulled out the ultra burner did not work correctly. We have owned this range for 2 months and have not had these items fixed...dealer was slow to order parts and still waiting for them. Very disappointing.

if you buy this range make sure all the burners work and can boil water before you let the installer leave Weve had issues since day 1... But it took me a few days to realize the UltraHeat burner was not functioning properly it takes over 12min to get water close to a boil thats NOT what Id call ULTRA HEAT... LG customer service has been running us around for over 3 months - theyve sent a technician out over 3 times to Replace that burner with no improved results... Im so disappointed with the product and even more disappointed with LGs customer service

We have all LG products and are quite happy with them we had an all gas stove and were not happy with the oven and baking now with the dual fuel I love the cooktop and my wife loves the electric and convection oven. We had to wait for the black stainless option to be available.

Loaded with new technology and great features

This replaced our 10-year-old LP gas range and we absolutely love the large electric convection oven. The burner grates are very solid and look of commercial quality which will be very useful during canning season. Our only drawback we dont like is the storage drawer doesnt have a handle like the oven door. There is a finger indent on the top of the drawer for opening which is hard for seniors to get to at least for me it is. Other than that the drawer is well made and functions perfectly much better than our old range. We had to change out the orifice spuds for the LP conversion and had to get creative. My fingers were too large to fit into the area to remove the side orifice on the large front burner. My wife has much smaller fingers and she would have to do it. For insurance first we made a cradle out of 3/4 wide painters tape sticky side up and placed it under the orifice. The instructions said not to drop the orifice or the stove top would need to be removed for retrieval no fun doing that. With the tape as insurance my wife was able to remove and replace the orifice without dropping it. YAH WIFE
