Horrible The next day it was installed it was leaking gas. They sent someone to fix and the day after it was supposedly fixed leaking gas again. Its been two weeks and we still dont have a replacement

Great Stove Love the Air Fry

We have had this stove for a year and love it. The only issue we have had is getting replacement parts for the black stainless steel finish. Nothing wrong with the product it was our fault that the finish got messed up. Love using the Giant AirFry basket.

Oven racks cannot handle weight.

I got this range a year ago. Unfortunately the racks are not sitting flushed. All my cakes come out half bigger than the other. But this thanksgiving when I did the Turkey it toppled over and split. The racks just dont sit flush. PLEASE HELP ME.

We purchased the oven in the middle of akithcen remodel so it was awhile befoe we got to use it for the first time thanksgiving I noticed the turket took twice as long ot cook which told me it needed to be calibrated. We used the manuel and tried for hours. We called for service which we are still waiting in the technician to come. If you are unable to service an appliance under warranty dont sell the appliance. The grates over the cooktop dont fit very well and we constantly struggle to get them aligned. The time on the oven only works if the oven is on..no option to use it for the cooktop

Top of range is good. THE OVEN RACKS DO NOT SLIDE IN AND OUT EASILY. THEY BIND WHEN THE OVEN GETS HOT. CANT GET THE RACK TO MOVE FORWARD. GOT BURNED ALREADY. DANGEROUS . LG CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISED TO PUT OLIVE OIL ON THE SIDES OF THE RACKS. DONT KNOW THEIR TRAINING. BUT THAT DOES NOT WORK

Not happy with the middle flame burner. The burner is too short for the included griddle and when the griddle is in use a pot or pan does not sit centered on the flame

Cooks fine But overall I hate this range. It is absolutely impossible to clean. Shortly after we got it the greats scratched the metal parts. The greats no matter what I do never look clean. I wish I could return this.

Weve been using the range for over a year and love it. The only negative we have is the griddle between the burners. It works great but sometimes gets in the way of larger pans. Good thing you made it re-movable.

After having our gas range / oven for about a month we absolutely love it It heats so quickly and cooks everything evenly. Would definitely buy lg again in the future . We did buy the range gaurd for the bottom to help with keeping it clean . Beautiful oven very pretty blue inside

My previous range was a Kitchenaid KSGG700EBS1 and from day one I had problems with it and they finally bought it back f. I used that check to purchase this LG and so far I really like it. I hope that all of the positive things that Ive heard about LG are true especially after my previous experience wit the other manufacturer. I am really looking forward to using my new range. I just wished that they would have provided 3 oven racks instead of just 2. That would have been very useful for me.

Great Oven not Delivery

Oven was delivered with the wrong hose kit and we had to make several trips to stores to find the right adapter. Also came with a bad igniter so oven did not work but LG support came out quickly and replaced.
