I bought LG stover in 2021 earlier this year the keypad stopped working. I called LG and they sent a tech out checked the keypad ordered over night and came back two days later with part in hand. thirty monutes later the stove was fixed Very professional and friendly.

Problem Fixed

LG Oven recieved in 2021 loved the stove top and oven but in December of 2023 the front board for oven temp stoped working so the only temp was the default 350. Recently called LG and told them what was wrong and they sent a tech out to check and he ordered the part and 3 days later he was her and replaced the board and all is good again Tech was very professional and efficient solved the problem in less then 45 minutes1 Thank You

I bought a gas oven that was supposed to be delivered on 09/30. However the item arrived 2 weeks later. The delivery window was 12:30-4:30 and they showed up 1 hour late. the worst part is the item was damaged and if I didnt pay attention they would have installed it. I feel LG doesnt care about its customers.

Worst stove I have ever owned electric panel and oven stopped working about a year and a half after I bought the stove new. Repair cost amount to the price of a new range. Appliance repairman advised against fixing it as he said another issue will ultimately come up with an LG stove based on his experience. Buyer beware

I would leave a review on the item itself but I can not because LG will not deliver it to me even after having bought the item 3 weeks ago. They were incorrect with their delivery date their delivery company will not deliver it they push back the date saying there is bad weather when there is no weather event at all because it was toward the end of their shift and no one from LG will respond back to me regarding my order. They 100 deserve a 1* because they will not give me the items and be wary of buying from here if you are needing your appliances because with the current outlook I may never get it or hear back from LG.

Worst stove EVER

I had this stove for 3 months now and Ive had it serviced 3 times for a PC Richards technician to tell me there is nothing wrong with the stove. The air fry feature gets EXTREMELY hot and my home gets covered in smoke. I literally fried 3 chicken wings and the stove was covered in grease. You have to self clean the oven every time you air fry any kind of meat. I basically use the air fry feature for only frozen French fries now which is horrible as I wanted this oven to Air Fry. Ive gone back to deep frying in oil. In my opinion it makes less of a mess than air frying in this oven. Also the self clean feature gets extremely hot. Im pretty sure in a matter of months the back wall behind this stove will be yellow. The conventional roast feature left my chicken nice and toasty on the outside but raw on the inside. Ive been cooking for over 40 years and this has got to be the worst oven I have ever purchased. I wish I had never purchased this stove. Last time I will ever purchase an LG appliance.

Nice stove and highly rated on consumer reports. Only complaint is that the oven racks are not great. A smaller dish could easily tip if not placed exactly because of how the racks are designed.

Health hazard and F9 codes do not buy it

DO NOT BUY. Many problems with F9 code. LG came to fix breaks again. Im on the third igniter replacement now in just 2.5 years. Now out of warranty and they want me to pay $400 to fix it There is a flaw with the igniter even the LG specialist says they break 1-2 years. We do not use it that much a few times a week at most. LG specialist also said never to use the self clean as it also will break the parts. We did this before the last time it broke. LG should recall this oven. Also when its getting wear and tear so before the igniter goes out the gas leaks because it cant ignite nothing to do with installation or my gas pipes. This has happened for a few months before it goes out. My carbon monoxide alarm always goes off when this oven is on in the 30-60 days before the igniter goes out. Health hazard.

This is a very nice looking unit the oven portion has been excellent. However the display has NO back lighting and is very difficult to see and read. Also I have not checked to see if the regulator is adjustable as the flame and heat output is too much on all the burners I have checked and tried adjusting the small screw in the temperature control stem.

It is basically a lemon out of the box. Bought it ignition on one of the burners did not work. Repair guy came out didnt have the part spilled degreaser? cleaner? on the oven door handle permanently discoloring it. But ignition now works. Then it failed again the repair guy came out reset the oven. It works. Then it failed again reset. Then it went into Sabbath mode. Now... the oven glass is getting this white residue spreading over it. All in just over a year.

We purchased this oven for a recently renovated portion of our home where we have added a second kitchen. First the product is beautiful. Simply love the look of the range and the color. However the oven takes much longer to cook food than we are use to. Even with added time and temperature we are finding that it still needs to cook longer than on a previous gas range we had and that is making it difficult to plan out when we are going to eat when we are adding 30-45 min to cook time. We would have still purchased the item but probably in electric or a dual combination. We will just make the best of the situation and learn as we go.

We replaced our 30 year old gas range a few weeks ago with this LG and it was a great move. Our new LG gives great control over the burners with long smooth travel in the controls and much more fine tuning ability of flame size. Further the simmer setting actually works. If your food is slightly boiling on low and your adjust it to simmer it stops boiling. The control of the burner heat output is great. The convection oven is a great feature as well. No more rotating baking items to make them cook evenly. I verified with a cooking thermometer in bread I was baking that the temperature is nearly identical throughout the oven. It also cooks in less time that the original gas range.

Beautiful Range Makes Cooking A Snap

We bought a new LG range and oven slide in combination a month ago. It is truly amazing. The convection feature of the large oven chamber cooks everything quickly and evenly no matter what shelf it is on. The range top is super easy to clean. Nothing seems to stick to the ceramic-like surface and there is a deep well around the burners so even if something boils over it does not run over the counter. It looks great too.
