1 hour use and failed and TECH no call/no show

Purchased mid Nov and failed on 1 Jan. I went to warm up some food and i noticed it was quite silent when running then I noticed the case was getting hot then the unit shut off and my LED cabinet lights flickered and went out.
After some thought I came to the conclusion the FAN for the Magnetron had failed and the magnetron overheated. I contacted LG service and had made two appointments by mistake 3 Jan and 6 Jan from 8-12 each. So the Tech contacted me by text asking what was wrong I told him what I thought it was.
Jan 3rd Friday I took the microwave off the wall as he requested and sent him a photo no response. I took Friday off work as I waited from the 8-12 for the Tech he did not show. I contacted him no response. I contacted LG Customer Service and they said he was coming but maybe he is late so I took the rest the day off work to wait for the Tech to show and he never showed up or contacted me to let me know he was not coming today Friday
Jan 6th Monday and I took the morning off work again. The tech contacted me saying he did not read my text and did not order one small part Cover Insulator which has no bearing on how the unit runs or not and he would order the part. So I waited for him to show up to fix the fan and whatever else failed. I waited and waited. I called customer support and they told me at around 2pm that he was at the location do the service call before mine so I am next in line. I waited around an hour and contacted the Tech and he said he was driving. So he is on the way to my home now which is 15 min drive from his last appointment location. I waited 15....30....45...60...75...90min he never showed up. I contacted Customer Support and they said he was still there I told them he told me he was driving THEN I got a text from him at 429pm.
I ordered that last part inside then I will do all at once that part is going to your house call me when it arrives. The fiber board is shipping to your home.
SO from what I can read here is that he NEVER was coming on Friday or Monday and I took two days off work for this. UNSATISFACTORY work ethic.
I did reply to him Okay. Do I need to make a 3rd appointment with LG? Yes or No? Do you have a tracking number for the part so I can track it as well? Then I can look at my schedule to see when I can take a 3rd day off for this.
NO RESPONSE and STILL NO RESPONSE and it is now the next day at 0914.
