I wasnt sure how the LG microwave would look with my other brand appliances stove and refrigerator but it looks really nice. We have the black stainless steel color which had to be ordered separately but well worth the wait. The microwave works great. I especially like the one-touch start for a minute or 2 or 3. So easy I also love the 30 seconds button. Overall we are very happy with our LG microwave oven

Havent had this microwave/range 6 months and it doesnt work. Getting on the schedule of the repair people is a NIGHTMARE. They claim to be in their slow season and I should be back up and running but I have been without for a month now. RIDICULOUS Save your Benjamins and buy something else

We bought this a few months ago and its been working great no problems with any of the functions so far. Seems to be well built when you open the door it does not sag like some we looked at. One thing we noticed is that they are still using a 50W halogen bulb for a light. While cleaning the underside it was very hot to the touch because of the bulb being used. Very hard right now to find a LED that will fit in that location.

LG service is not good

technician has been here four times. There are eight parts replaced over the past one month. We have been told the microwave is not repairable. But LG persist in trying to repair. We have been without this microwave for three months. I will never buy another LG product again.

Nice microwave I got mine in the black stainless and it does fingerprint quite a bit that being said it is a very beautiful appliance in our white kitchen it has way more power than my previous microwave which was also a convection oven so that is taking some getting used to but all in all I am very happy with my purchase.

Terrible Microwave and Terrible LG Service

This is our second LG over the stove microwave. The first one lasted only 13 months and died. The second one lasted one month and died. We have to pay 200.00 each time someone comes out to install a replacement microwave since LG does not service what they sell. They do not cover VT with any service team.

Ive had the stove for about a month and have had no issues everything seems to be working but I havent used all of the features that are available on the stove as of yet One problem is the control panel very poor lighting especially when it is below a microwave LG needs to correct this problem

I purchased this December 23 2023 and had it installed January 9 2004. As of now Im very pleased with the product. Its attractive and goes well with my other appliances. I read complaints ranging for the fan being to noisy to the light being too harsh and hot to the music being played when a product has finished cooking. I find no fault with any of these claims. The fan is a little loud when set to high but reasonable on a lower speed. The lights are good and I enjoy the music rather than a sharp tone telling me cooking is finished. Overall Im quite pleased beginning with installation and setup to use of the microwave. Good product

My LG microwave quit working in less than a year

Microwave oven made a noise and quit working. As of now it is a very expensive clock and timer as they are the only functions that work. I have contacted LG for service but all I get are suggestions to reset the microwave and the unit still wont cook or heat anything. It looks to me like LG plans to let the warranty expire without repairing or replacing the microwave.

Pros: modern sleek look cooks well several presets easy to use. Cons: 1 touch screen is not backlit 2 noisy fan turns on automatically when I use the microwave according to user manual it is only supposed to turn on automatically when it senses heat below from a burner. 3 no way to turn off the melody sounds. 4 cannot connect to thinq app even though I followed all directions.

Purchased this as part of a complete kitchen set just after Memorial Day. Rather than offering a set due to the various rebates on certain appliances we selected each item individually which was a little more difficult than having them offered as a set but it worked out. The microwave itself looks great in black stainless steel but fingerprints show up really easily on the control buttons which takes away from its look. One thing thats cool: it talks to the stove so when burners are turned on the light and range hood turn on automatically though getting the settings correct has taken some work. The preset cook/defrost/soften-melt settings work far better than my old microwave. The app allows you to scan an item for automatic cooking times/temps but I have not tried this feature yet.

Bought it 4 months ago and it started humming real loud. It worked fine except for the noise. Service tech diagnose on first visit but had to order parts because in my opinion theyre not allowed to stock too many parts. Its an industry thing so they can make max money and not worry about customers. Second visit tech fixed with new parts and its quieter. Loved the tech and very knowledgeable. Probably will be replacing with a different brand with a lot better quality product in the future.
