Cannot Read Display

Not having a backlit display or a visible display without using a flashlight is totally unacceptable. Reading older reviews shows this issue has been a design flaw that LG has decided not to address. Why would you continue to produce this oven display design and not correct it? We just replaced all of our kitchen appliances with LG and this is our only issue but it is a big one.

Excellent Oven small concerns

This unit looks modern and sleek. The two features that I am not liking - 1the text of the buttons under the dark glass panel is very hard to read 2 the fan runs for a very long time even after the microwave turns off.

Have had this combination oven for almost a month. Its great. Many features that Im still learning how to us. Looks great was easy to install and works very well. Has allowed me to clear up counter space as I no longer need a seperate microwave or air fryer. Couldnt be more pleased with this purchase.

Regret purchase

Bought this from Costco and will return it if I can convince husband to remove it from wall. It is NOISY and I can barely read the function buttions even with all lights on in kitchen in daylight and with readers on and microwave is not powerful enough. Run microwave for 30 seconds and the cooling fan runs for nearly 15 minutes A guest yesterday asked if I had a robo-vac running - when it was really just this ovens fan. Photo below is nothing - they made me incl a pic in order to publish this

I bought this but there was no transparency in communication. Until the last hour of the delivery did not know that I will have the delivery to that point. Nobody knew the status of my order except that the order was placed. Payment made in full. I was even told that the bank has not even paid for the order. Never heard of that. Even the phone number that was given had bad connections. Please try it yourself. horrible static. Now once delivered yes appliance is great. I wish the display had a backlight. It is very hard to read the display even in normal daylight.

LG COMBO WALL OVEN

I think I like the features although I dont think I will use many. However the backlight on the control panel of which their is none is totally unacceptable. I have called LG and Home Depot and they will do nothing. It does not have the backlight. I have offered to pay for upgrade to the one that does to no avail. Im stuck. I am looking for some type portable light I can put over the oven on cabinet or will have to use a flashlight. The specifications just say LED. So sorry I purchased.

Control Panel Big Flaw

Was shocked to get installed and find that the control panel is not backlit. You can not see the letters when not in bright sunlight during the day. I think the oven is okay otherwise but Im not sure that I will be able to handle this for the long run. Ill have to keep a flashlight nearby. No one will accept a return. LG or Home Depot. Could not find one on display anywhere. My mistake not seeing one.

Good but a serious problem. Functions are fine. The problem is that only the center numbers on the control panel light up. The vast majority of choice blend in with the background. There is no option to light them apparently. What a flaw Even with strong lights in the room the options are hard to read

This oven i installed in my kitchen and I love it. Love that its the thinQ which is perfect for having a fridge next to it. My previous oven was a 27 and I still had issues with the fridge door hitting oven handle and this one solved that problem. I like that the microwave can be used as a conventional oven and my wife really likes the airfryer. It works really fast and we can have our food done in minutes compared to the table top airfryer weve been using because of our large family we can have all the food in at once. This have so many cool features that we still figuring it out.

This LG oven is awesome. I love that its the thinQ which works great with having a fridge next to it I love that the micro can be used as a conventional oven . My wife really likes the airfryer. She said it cooks so fast and we can have enough food for our large family done at once. Im so happy we switched from a different brand to this one. So many features that I still havent figured it all out yet.

LOVE this oven/microwave

I love my LG double oven/microwave I have only had this a couple weeks now but I have made SO many things and I absolutely LOVE it Its easy to use and it looks BEAUTIFUL in my kitchen. Its everything I wanted in an oven/microwave and more It does have a cool down cycle that runs after each use but you can turn that feature off if its bothersome.
