Ive only run about six loads in the past few weeks. The clothes seem clean but Im concerned that theres moisture left in the front door seal and in the detergent cups. Ive never had a front-loader before. Is this normal? And Ill never need most of the features and certainly not the wifi enabled ones

Delivery of damaged washer

Lg should fire delivery company RXO I was in the process of relocating from out of state and could not be there to accept delivery myself I had a relative go to the home I purchased and do it for me so I would have a washer dryer and refrigerator when I returned. The washer had substantial damage to the right rear corner. There is no way the delivery guys could not have seen the damage and may have caused the damage. I found the damage after the 14 day period LG gives you when I had to move the dryer and install the pedestal under the washer. The pedestal was not install originally because the wrong ones came with the washer and dryer. When the new pedestals came RXO dropped them off and said they would not install them If I wanted them installed I would have to call to get someone to come out and do that. Not sure why but it was an easy install with help to lift the washer.

I cant say enough about both LG Washer and Dryer combination. So many wash cycles to choose from when using the LG app. Thus is my second set one for home and one for vacation home. Both get used frequently with constant visitors and Ive never had any issues. I love that my dryer has a steam cycle to assist in removing any wrinkles that remain in clothing. The pedestal accessory is great extra laundry basket inside can hold washed or dried clothing or use for storage for cleaning products. Engineers thought of everything. Thank you youve made my life so much easier

Product had good reviews so I purchased it. LG delivered a lemon. Broken from the first load. Repairman came out nothing he could do. Asked me to call LG service center for replacement. The amount of time and energy required to get a replacement will cause me to NEVER buy on LG.com again. I would buy LG products from other vendors however. My tenant is without working washer and frustrated with delay. Every chat/call end up with no solution. My only option is to pursue legal to force LG to deliver the products I paid for and any other damages caused by their inefficient service. I would strongly suggest to stay away from buying anything on lg.com even if the products are good.

Well I have had this machine for a little over a month now and I must say Im impressed so far no issues. It goes through a load reasonably fast. Its not very noisy. Machine performs basic wash jobs efficiently quietly and very well. But comes without detailed operating instructions and it is necessary to learn those details through trial and error experiences. Also control panel is difficult to read. Finally low stance makes access inconvenien unless separate expensive and overly large stand also is purchased.

BUYER BEWARE CAVEAT EMPTOR I ordered this LG washer and matching dryer on November 20 2024 after our prior LG washer flooded our laundry room. Although it seemed impossible to wait until the next available delivery date November 27 in our busy household but this was a highly rated washer/dryer. On November 26 the day before delivery the delivery company RXO confirmed aT 3:30PM the next days delivery installation and haul away of my old machines. However two hours later at 5:30 PM I received a text notification that my delivery was canceled and would have to be rescheduled. I immediately called RXO to understand why my delivery was rescheduled with such little notice. After navigating multiple levels of escalation and spending 2.5 hours on the phone I was told that they were overbooked. The earliest they said they could reschedule was a week later. This extensive delay was unacceptable but the local facility was already closed so no coordination could happen that evening. I want to note that I was lied to during this call with the RXO representative telling me early in the call that I would be receiving a call from the local facility within 5-10 minutes. Needless to say I did not and it appears on how this has evolved that it was merely to get me off the phone. Ultimately as nothing was going to be done that night I had to accept the revised RXO promise that they would call me back the next day. Surprise - RXO did not call me. Moreover during the 2.5 hours I was on hold with RXO my husband was on the phone with LG support. The LG support representative put him on hold and allegedly called a RXO representative who an LG rep stated they confirmed that the delivery would in fact be made on the scheduled date the next day Nov 27. When my husband inquired as to whether the RXO rep was aware that they had earlier canceled the delivery the LG rep stated that the RXO rep was still on the phone and asked him whether he wanted to merge the calls so he can hear the confirmation. He said yes - but strangely at that time he was disconnected from LG. Remember that at the beginning of these calls LG confirms your phone number so you can be called back if disconnected - surprisingly or perhaps not surprisingly no call back came though he did get the LG call later for his survey of the call. When my husband then contacted LG again 10 or so minutes later the LG rep who answered said there was no record in our account of any call. He further stated that if the LG rep stated it would be delivered then it would. As noted - it did in fact not arrive. When I called RXO back the following day after having not received any call I raised this issue only to have the representative hang up on me. Desperate for help I contacted LGs customer support line but the experience was equally disappointing. The LG representative was unhelpful and insisted I contact RXO myselfeven after I explained I had already done so. Eventually after much insistence he called RXO merged the calls and then hung up. RXO rescheduled my delivery for November 30 with their representative personally guaranteeing that it would happen. On November 29the night before deliveryI again received confirmation of my delivery at 1pm only to thereafter receive an email and text message after hours stating that it had been canceled and needed to be rescheduled yet again. When I called to express my frustration the RXO representative suggested that I drive to their local facility to pick up the washer and dryer myself. This clearly is an absurd condescending suggestion not to mention it ignored the fact that my order included installation and removal of my old appliances. Unlike others we do not have the luxury of upgrading appliances before they break so going without a washer/dryer for an extended period for two working adults with young children is more than just a minor inconvenience. This experience seems from other recent reviews to be a common occurrence and I believe exposed LGs lack of commitment to its consumers. At best this is a serious lack of coordination accountability and professionalism between LG and their contracted delivery partner RXO. They know that once you buy the item it is unlikely that you will toil in shipping problems but not ultimately return the item. FURTHER you should be aware that a similar recent complaint noted that they have been waiting for over a month and ultimately decided to cancel the order in lieu of a company interested in delivering the purchased items as promised. However LG would not accept the return because it had been over 30 days since the purchase date. LG appears to have no oversight or control over RXO and apparently has no interest in how their consumers are treated once the purchase is made. Further they advertise delivery dates that are routinely false. This misleading practice feels akin to false advertising luring customers into purchases with promises LG and RXO cannot fulfill. If youre considering purchasing from LG be aware that their delivery process might leave you frustrated disappointed and without the appliances you urgently need. Further the hours you spend on the phone thinking you will be met with reason and a solution will prove false. They simply pass you off to the contractor assured that you have a date one that will be met with the same text messages we and others have received again canceling not only the pre-arranged date but the confirmation of the same you had received just hours earlier.

Machine leaked from the day we got it. It leaks through the safety air vent in the rear of the machine where you cannot see and probably wont notice. Research online told me that this will always be a problem with this machine because of its poor design. I have contacted LG twice and they are not willing to let me return the machine. Ive only had it in service for 42 days. We have been switching our appliances to LG as theyve needed replaced because of their quality but this unit has failed and really soured us on LG and their willingness to help

But moved and needed to get another set there is only one thing I find inferior and thats the fact theres no light in the washing machine yet theyve put one in the dryer. Ive never had a check and uneven load in the dryer but I have in the washer and without a light. Its really difficult to see inside whats going on.

First thing first. Great washer. Here is main issue. If you are shopping and checking reviews of this product please go buy from Home depot or Bestbuy. DO NOT BUY FROM LG.COM. Ordered on Monday and the earliest delivery day is Saturday. Ok no prob. But on Friday night at 8:45 got a text from company called RXO LGs handling agent for delivery and installation and said delivery is delayed. What? the night before delivery??? I Called RXO to reschedule and the agent says they did not even receive the item at their warehoue. WHAT? its been 5 days already. So i asked when will you receive and the agent had no answer. And she was very rude. I could literally hear her eyes rolling and sounded very annoyed. Attitude was horrible. So I called LG next morning and they had no idea whats going on. I read some of the reviews which i shouldve done before ordering this RXO company is infamous about late delivery and irresponsible management of shipment and installation. So many people had bad experience with RXO. If you search online trustpilot.com and this company has 93 1 star. Ive never seen this kind of reviews ever. And it seems they are this bad. And I was not an exception. Bad handling Bad customer service. LG is probably using them to save money. Dear LG they are ruining your reputation so badly. Please stop using them. you make good product and Im sure you lost many customers because of RXO. Washer Glass Door Exploded -Poor Product Service

Said product was in stock. Didnt get delivered for a month. washing machine is much louder than expected. Had the washer for less than 2 months and the glass on the inside of the door exploded during a cycle all over my towel. LG wont sent me a new washer. Says it is cosmetic. Will only send a tech to replace the door. I guess i will just have to live with being cut by glass when i wash my clothes. I have only had my washier since Aug 1 2024. I have only used it 10 times went on vacation until Oct 1.And already stopped working leaking from a hose that has a inch cut. A code dE1 that means my door is open but its not. The part the teach said is hot to the touch is behind where the door hitch click to tell the machine the door is close. That went bad and was hot to touch. Not cool. LG wont give me a new washier. So that is why Im give it a 1 star. Its a no star for me. I was told by so many people and family not to buy a LG. They are pieces of poop. But I didnt listen and now Im having to wait weeks to get parts in. Just give me a new washier please.

Absolutely insane customer service interaction. LG WM4000H model is brand new washing every cold cycle on extremely hot water. Cannot even wash yoga pants without it deteriorating the quality of clothes dont even bother with delicates. Customer support told me to hand wash anything that should be used in the delicate cycle of this washer were of absolutely no help whatsoever.

I bought the LG washer to replace my older LG washer which had stopped working. The new clothes washer has all the features I needed and the capacity meets my needs. I switched from a top loader to front loader for ease of use. The online purchase experience was easy and I appreciated the rebate option for my old LG washer. When the delivery date confirmed was earlier than estimated during the order I was able to easily change the delivery date. The installers were friendly and professional. They quickly removed the old washer and installed the new one. The communications were excellent throughout the whole process. I also have and LG clothes dryergas stove microwave and refrigerator and have experienced that the products are all high-quality.
