We have had this a while now and while I love Samsung appliances, this one is just ok. It does get the dishes clean. But it takes forever to dry! We have read the manual and tried all the options. Is faster to dry myself than to wait on the dishwasher to dry them

Love this dishwasher, it does a decent job getting dishes clean and love the 3rd shelf. It also looks great & is quiet. The only issue we've had is has randomly stopped working 2 times and have to reset the breaker for it to work again.

Quiet, but broke after 18 months of light usage

I bought this 18 months ago for our future retirement home, about 18 months in of very light usage it wouldn't run and only beeps with the time flashing. Went on the web looking for a quick fix but no go. Based on this I can't recommend. These should last 5+ years beafore needing repair, especially with as light as we've used it. :(

Bottom rack is hard to deal with!

We have been using our dishwasher for about 6 months and there are a couple of things that I'm not thrilled about. The first is the bottom rack, I have a hard time getting anything in there, pots, pans, plates, etc. Another thing is the super long wash cycle coupled with it not getting the dishes very clean. I spent quite a bit on this dishwasher and would probably not purchase it again.

I purchased and started using this dishwasher 3 months ago. I have owned dishwasher from other name brand manufacturers and this unit is by far the best one I have ever owned. I mostly use the 1 hour quick wash option and every item comes out perfectly clean and DRY. Totally satisfied with this purchase.

Dishwasher arrived defective from factory

This dishwasher arrived defective from the factory (the door was not connected internally). According to the Samsung technician and warranty department, the defect on the dishwasher is not covered by the warranty. I would not recommend this dishwasher because of how difficult it has been to get the dishwasher repaired or replaced. After 8+ hours on the phone, I still do not have a resolution from Samsung for my dishwasher.

Poorly Designed

I purchased this dishwasher in February 2020, and in November 2021, the door seal that is welded broke off. This dishwasher is not built to last. It has a poor design and is not built to last very long.

What a disappointment

after a month our dishwasher leaked causing cabinet damage.after samsung inspected it samsung showed us that the door had a defect that caused a hole. samsung sated they would upload the report and samsung will replace it or send a check. samsung also stated they would compensate me for the damage to the cabinets. after 4 weeks i called for an update and discovered samsung changed the report to say shipping or installation issue and nothing will be done. it is not covered under warranty. it is impossible for interior damage to come from installation or shipping. do not buy this model.

Clean and Dry

My husband decided it was time for new appliances and made the purchase. Now I actually use our dishwasher. There's so many features that give you great options. This really cleans and I like when I need to do a 'quick' wash vs the extended wash and still get clean dishes. I can stack a lot of dishes in and they are still clean and dry. The top rack allow me to put delicate dishes to prevent any damages. I still need to use all of the various options so far so good. The nice sleek design is also a great look.

Leaked after the 3rd cycle. Took 3 service techs and several months to determine it was physical damage and was not covered under warranty. Samsung business center said they could not cover it because damages need to be reported to there department within 48 hours. All Samsung departments refused to cover the dishwasher.

I bought this dishwasher a few months back and really like the features on it. The stormwash cycle really digs into all dirty dishes and cups. I expected the dishwasher to be loud with this feature but it was fairly quiet which is a big plus. I also like the auto door release feature as well. Definitely helps with the drying process.

I liked this dishwasher and it worked well for about a year and a half. I have been having issues with my rubber soundproofing in the door keeps falling out and it now continues to have problems draining. I will be requesting service. Other than that, I like it.
