we are enjoying the refrigerator the only issue is the ice machine is not working properly even after using all of the troubleshooting techniques , also sensor in door for ice and water is spotty, will change to 5 stars once that issue is sorted out

This refrigerator is very spacious on the inside. I like the rapid ice option and the door alarm when left open. I love the black stainless steel color as it gives it a more upscale look to it. The only problem is the noice that the ice maker makes but i guess this is something specefic to Samsung Refrigirators

It would be a perfect 5 star if the doors were even and there were more options for the shelving. I wanted one staggered to fit gallon jugs, and it looks like you should be able to, but if you put anything on it it collapses every time. Other than that I love it

The water dispenser buttons are very difficult to use, sometimes requiring multiple taps to change between ice settings/water setting. Otherwise, the fridge is great! Very roomy and fits tons of stuff! Great look too!

We love the openness of our fridge. The only 2 complaints that I have it no way to get ice inside the fridge unless you take the entire compartment out, and having to open both doors to open the long drawer. It would be better if it was split into two drawers.

Low quality ice maker. Ice is way too soft and does not last, plus there is always a mixture of cubes and crushed ice. Just a poorly designed icemaker compared to other manufacturers.

It's a great fridge. Definitely worth the price. The only issue I've had is with room and had to remove one side of the panels. Other than that no issues. My household tends to buy lots of large juices containers. - I didn't receive anything to install the waterline for the ice maker/water dispenser. The freezer works excellent.

We love this refrigerator but there are things that can be improved. The water and ice dispensers are slow. Other brands fill a glass of ice in just a few seconds, this unit even with a full ice tray can take 10-20 seconds sometimes. We had a warranty claim and Samsung took care of it quickly and resolved the issue. Overall the unit is really nice to look at and works as a great addition to the home.

2 dead fridges in a row. The first fridge arrived dead (it didn't cool) and had to be returned to home depot. Decided to order the same fridge from Sam's Club instead and 6 weeks later .. same issue… no cooling..no freezing.. all my food and medication/supplements - ruined. Where is the support? Nowhere to be found. Empty promises of coming to see the fridge to repair it. Still waiting for someone to come fix this piece of garbage. I want a refund!

great product - awful service. i get it, chip shortages are impacting the entire world. but what continued to disappoint me was the service i received from samsung. multiple missed deliveries after several promised delivery dates, multiple months in delay - holding up an entire house closing, and not one person from samsung would talk to me and help me understand where the product was, why i was not getting the product delivered, when it would be delivered, etc. i ended up having to drive 8 hours to pick up the products, because another delivery was missed and wouldn't be rescheduled to meet timing, that was already months late. having to go pick up an appliance myself is not the experience i was hoping for after spending several thousands of dollars on each appliance.

great looking fridge, great design, but always something wrong with it. when we bought it and best buy installed it, freezer would over frost, so had to call customer service, they said door was not aligned, so it was fixed by Techican. than ice machine stopped working which was replaced, than bottom shelf cracked from holding what it supposed to hold if not more. water is dripping from day one from water dispenser leaving ugly calcified mark.... anything else?……

purchased this fridge to replace our 15 year old side by side. i never realized how much space i was missing till we got this fridge!! even the freezer has more room than we had in our old one! this was only 2 cubic feet bigger, but its noticably bigger when i can put a full size veggie platter, watermelon and 2 gallons of milk on the shelves and still have plenty of room for more! my husband insisted on the black stainless, and i love it!! they definately designed this to maximise usable space!!
