We received the washer and it's great! The only negative for me personally, is I'm short and have to bend over with my head in to reach the clothes at the bottom. It gets the clothes clean and is very user friendly and easy to navigate.

Powerful and Mighty

The Samsung extra large capacity washer can tackle any load you put in it. The drum is very large and can wash up to a large comforter. I really appreciate the pre-loaded soap and softener dispenser. It makes washing clothes a breeze not having to measure out detergent or softener. Also, I like the ability select the speed wash function for a quick wash. One area I've noticed needs improvement is the spin cycle. If it's too high it will leave your clothes extra wrinkly. Otherwise, we've been very happy with this washer.

Extra large capacity washer

First Auto Dispense may be the best thing to be included with a washing machine. The wifi is a plus but my kids no longer over use laundry detergent. The washer is large! My clothes are clean when they are washed and smell so good. It's been a while since I had a top loader and it reminds me so much of my front loader. The machine is very quiet. I would recommend to anyone.

This washing machine is great! It has so many settings that can be used and changed in hundreds of different ways. I definitely prefer a top loader. I have had a front loader before and you have to leave the door open or mold gets in the way. If you have a small laundry room, a front loader will definitely get in the way plus it is dangerous for little kids. There is no worries like that at all with this washing machine. I am old school so a small part of me still misses a center agitator in the washing machine, but this Samsung washing machine makes me forget all about needing one. It really gets things super clean! The super speed setting is great! I can't tell you how often a child reminds me super late at night or the morning of school about something they need (Oh yeah, I am supposed to take this back to my friend that I borrowed it from yesterday, or oh no I have practice and my uniform isn't clean…). This washer saves the day! I can easily throw something in on the quick wash setting and have clean clothes in about 30 minutes – even with heavy soil, deep wash, and high spin setting selected. Another unique feature is the water jet. While the washing machine fills with a normal waterfall inside the drum, the water jet is right inside the top and pushes out a fairly strong stream of water. This is turned on under the drum with the push of a button. This is great for washing things by hand, rinsing out items before a normal wash, or wetting during pretreating. You can then rinse and spin or just spin it in the washing machine. Last but not least, the app that goes with the washer and dryer set is great. I like being able to download and customize different settings as needed.

Super Efficient Time Saver

I have been using the washer for a little while now and can't say enough how wonderful the auto dispense for laundry detergent and softener is!! It saves so much on time when I am trying to keep up with 4 granddaughters under age 5!! We also use the softener dispenser for laundry sanitizer and that helps a bunch as well with family that works at the hospital!! The large capacity washer saves me so much time with all the babies to get things clean and spun to perfection, ready for drying and hang up! I love how amazing the look in my laundry room with the clean lines, and dark color makes the machine look luxurious!!

5.5 cu. ft. Extra-Large Capacity Smart Top Load Washer with Auto Dispense System (WA55A7700AV/US) This washing machine is a real showstopper. It is stunning to look at and has the extra features to really take it over the top. However, I want to lead with something that most people won't give a second thought to, accessibility. This washing machine actually has braille and indicators on the main buttons and Samsung even added different tones to the levels so that those in the blind and low vision community can hear which level they are setting their options to. These features combined with the smart things app, really add to the accessibility of the washing machine. In a world where sighted people gravitate towards touch screens and smooth surfaces, the blind and low vision community are all too often left behind. This is a huge improvement and I applaud Samsung for taking a big step in the right direction! Since I work with the blind and low vision community, this is something I have mentioned before, and it is great to see they are listening! One of my favorite functions is the auto dispense. I really like not having to mess with soap, softener, or pods in order to do laundry. The addition of that system combined with the remote control of the washing machine via app allows you to have full control of the machine while you are away – provided someone else is there to put in and take out the laundry of course. Another great feature is the soft closing lid. In my review video I actually tried slamming it shut, and the mechanisms would still catch and softly close the lid without making a sound. This is especially useful when your hands are full. This washing machine has far more options and customizations than any I have ever seen. The app gives recipes and allows you to customize and download your favorites to truly make the washing machine exactly what you want it to be. The 24-hour delay end cycle is amazing too. This is great for when you need clothes washed, but you don't want them sitting and getting musty while you are gone. I honestly couldn't find one negative thing about the washing machine. Samsung has outdone themselves this time!

I couldn't love this washer more! It's capacity is huge, which is awesome for a family of two adults and two near-adult size kids. It doesn't struggle at all on the spin cycle. In addition to capacity, I look for simplicity from first use -- I don't want to be overwhelmed with buttons and options. This one is easy to figure out from the get-go. It's literally toss in and start. You don't even have to add detergent because...it's already in there with the auto dispense system! That said, you do have options for various types of cycles. My favorite aside from "normal" and "delicates" is bedding. Now I know my bedding will be properly sanitized and cleaned. This one is truly a no-brainer. Buy it!

Washer is good but Samsung delivery is poor

We ordered the washer from Samsung. Despite knowing that our condo had limited hours, they tried to deliver after hours and was rejected. We set up another date and again they wanted to deliver outside the permitted delivery time. We finally bought it from Home Depot and rejected Samsung's 3rd delivery. (We we're not allowed to cancel our order.) The washer has performed very well. The whites are coming out whiter than with our previous washer and the capacity will handle everything we need. The basin is deep so if your arms are not long, you will need tongs (which my wife uses) or have somebody else take the laundry out.

This Samsung extra larger washer is everything I could've ever dreamed of! How amazing is that you can put like two load of laundry in here all at once, instead of doing two different loads?? I love the auto dispense compartments for the fabric softener and laundry detergent! It has saved my family a lot of money and over use of detergent and softener! Just make sure to keep an eye on it cause it will eventually get low. The settings that are available are great! I love how you can wash a not so dirty item really quick in about 32 minutes! Saves a lot on energy. Not sure how the washer can determine how much laundry you have because it fills the water up to I suppose what it weighs. Kinda cool! I hope this lasts for years because it's definitely useful, especially for large bedding. No more nasty public laundromats!

This washer is pretty awesome! To start off, I decided on the black version and it looks great. My favorite part about the washer is the app connectivity. Knowing when a load is going to be done is helpful in not forgetting to grab the laundry. Also, you can receive tips on how to best wash your clothes. There's a reservoir that has fabric softener and detergent. You can simply fill them and the washer will let you know when it needs to be refilled. It also selects the best amount of cleaner to use for your laundry which is great! While washing loads, there haven't been any major rumblings from the washer either and that's another thing I love about it. Overall, it's a wonderful washer and I'm very impressed.

This Samsung washer is the most technological washer I've ever owned. The fact that I can control the washer from my phone or download cycles is more than I ever had in a washer before. I like the auto-dispensing system. It's a nice feature to have without having to measure the detergent manually. The color of this washer really stands out. The black with gold trim really pops. It's my first washer that wasn't white. The drum is very deep and holds a ton of laundry. I can empty my whole basket and the washer doesn't blink an eye. My one hope is that I don't have to replace this washer for the next 20 years.

Huge Fan of This New Top Loading Autodispense Wash

I love the large capacity of this washer and the fact that even full, my clothes/linens get clean. It took me a minute to fully figure out the auto-dispense system, but now that I have I love it. Would recommend the instruction manual to add a bit more detail on functioning that aspect of the washer but otherwise love the machine. With a toddler at home the active water jet for pretreating close is super handy and though I haven't fully utilized the smart control wifi connection with mine I can imagine the possibilities it allows. I am so glad this washer features the delay end button as well so I can start a load of laundry when I leave in the morning and it is done washing at the end of dinner when I have time to switch it to the dryer or hang my clothes up.

i received this item at a discounted rate for my honest review. i love this washing machine. i love that i can fit all of my bedding or a large load of clothes in there and not worry that it is not getting clean. having a toddler in the house, the active water jet feature is wonderful because we are always having to pretreat her clothes to save them! the auto-dispense detergent and fabric softner feature is great once you figure it out. the directions in the manual are a little sparse so i definitely think they would go into a bit more detail in that area but once i figured it out it is wonderful and one less step i have to work about when in a rush to get chores done. while i haven't utilized the smart wifi capabilities, i can only imagine the possibilities available.

my three go to abilities of this machine are the auto dispensary of your soaps and softener or in some cases now sanitizer, water depth senser for heavy loads, and delay end!! the auto dispenser saves me so much time with not having to open and close containers to start loads with 4 toddlers underfoot this feature is a gold mine in itself! sensing the heaviness of the load is great also to make aure you get a large load clean. the last and almost the best feature is delayed end where you set it it to wash and then finish when you have time to hang up the load or transfer it it! this saves me a ton if time!! the sleek look makes my laundry room look upgraded rather than just a room to work!!

One of my favorite things about this washer is the auto dispense! That may not sound like a big deal but I have teens that "do their laundry" yet they make an absolute mess. I can fill this and they don't have to touch the detergent at all. I also love the extra large capacity and speed cycle they save me so much time and energy. With a house full of girls there is never ending laundry. Everything from big fluffy comforters, more towels than a hotel, and never ending clothes. Big fluffy comforters fit in just fine!! The controls are easy and simple and it looks so sleek! Fingerprints do not show up as easy and they are easy to wipe down. I received this at a discounted rate for my unbiased review. It works great, has some great time saving features like speed wash, the capacity is a life saver, and that auto dispense saves me a mess to clean up. Did I mention it's pretty quiet too?

Beat all of my expectations!

I upgraded to this washer from a fairly new washer and the difference is night and day! Finally enough space to wash comforters, without having to go to the laundromat! The auto dispense system saves so much time and no more softener dispensing balls or missing the cycle to add softener. I could not ask for an easier washer to use, that provides outstanding cleaning every single time! The preset cycles make it easy without having to manually change settings. The bedding/waterproof, colors and whites are my favorite and most used cycles. This is also the quietest washer I've ever owned. I'd always know when the spin cycle was happening on my old washer. With this one, you can't even hear it at all, unless you're right in the room next to it! The smart features are great too, allowing you to remotely select a cycle or check the progress. Definitely recommend this washer, there is nothing else that compares!

This washer is absolutely amazing! First of all, it's absolutely beautiful. The appliance matches my other Samsung appliances and is stunning. I love being able to put enough laundry detergent and fabric softener in the sheet for up to twelve loads! This intelligent washer dispenses itself. The Steam Sanitize+ feature removes 99.9% of germs and bacteria, over 95% of pollen, and kills 100% of dust MITES. It also makes clothing and blankets smell great again by refreshing them. The Multi-Steam Technology that steams away wrinkles, odors, and static is great for blankets and jackets that don't get washed all of the time. I love being able to use the Samsung smart things app to set the perfect settings for each load and monitor it from my phone. I also love the pre treat water dispenser to work on stubborn stains before going into the wash. This washer is amazing and I'm so glad I have it.

This washer is wonderful. It seems to balance itself before each wash, which helps to avoid a lopsided load of laundry shaking the whole room when it hits the spin cycle. Something I've noticed is that the unit is pretty tall; shorter people will have a hard time reaching all the way to the bottom of the washer for those last few garments. The transparent slow-close lid is a nice addition, but the angled top makes it sort of awkward to place anything on top of the unit. I like the app connectivity and the customization of the wash programs, and the notifications to my phone when it's time to switch a load. The detergent dispenser is also a cool addition and takes the measure work out of the process. Overall a great washer!

Quick and Easy

We upgraded from a 10 year old washer because we were tired of the wear is was putting on our clothes. Sure, it got them clean, but after a few washes, colors seemed to fade, bedspreads seemed to pill, and everything took on a more worn appearance. This new Samsung has done a fantastic job of getting everything clean without being as rough on the clothes. My wife was a little nervous to make the switch as it has a lot of features, but she didn't want something that would be difficult to use. When we loaded it for the first time, we kind of looked at each other like, "wait, that's it?". It really is easy to use because it does a lot of the work for you. With all of the extra loads we are doing these days as the kids go back to school with facemasks, it has been amazing to just throw them in and take them out less than 30 min later. Not having to measure out detergent makes it so quick. That speed has been a godsend as life has ramped back up to full speed.

Two weeks ago, I upgraded from my decades-old Whirlpool washer and dryer to this 7700 Series 5.5 cu. ft. extra-large capacity smart top load washer with auto dispense system and 7.4 cu. ft. smart electric dryer with steam sanitize. I'm really excited as I navigate my learning curve with this new laundry experience. I love this extra-large tub - it is huge! A load of my king sheet set with extra pillowcases would fill my previous washer - this one has plenty of room to spare. The combination of washing options allows me to really customize loads. I initially had some misgivings about the lack of an agitator, but I'm leaning into this new design and don't currently consider it an issue. My laundry in getting cleaned well and the cycles are so much quieter than my previous machine. Full disclosure: I purchased some silicone agitators and use them with every load. Overall, I am very pleased.

im only writing this to warn others. i experienced two different issues. the first one was the military pricing not being added. i even chatted with customer service prior to placing my order about this issue. the second, is the water does not fill up enough to cover the clothes/bedding. even on a very small load. to top it off, the way it moves so slow, the top of clothes never get submerged in water like they usually do when washers move faster. there isn't even an option to add more water. you are stuck with what the settings give you.

Great washer

Bought this a month ago directly from Samsung. 16 days later it went on sale for 600$ less then I realized we didn't receive military discount either. Contacted Samsung was told cut off is 15 days on returns so no discount or price match. (Military discount was 880$ for the set) wouldn't recommend direct purchase from Samsung. Use best buy or someone else that will make things right.

this samsung washer does not wash the clothes. this washer only moves the clothes very slowly in the basin! if you do not put the water level on deep level the water will not cover the clothes and the clothes or bedding will be dry after an hour wash. this design was poorly designed to wash our clothes for an hour to still be dirty! the basin is a great size to wash bedding but the water level does not cover the bedding and the movement of the basin does not move to actually shake any dirt of your items. there's no rotation of the clothes while the washer is washing! the clothes just sits there from side by side movement! we're better off washing our items by hand! these new washers looks great but was very poorly designed!
