Though the wait for the Technician was inordinately long, the service provided and professionalism displayed was exceptional! Joe Shamey not only apologized for his late arrival, he did not charge us for the service provided due to the inconvenience he caused to us. He patiently took the time to analyse and correct the refrigerator malfunction, even contacting Whirlpool Service for guidance on the persistent error code. Loved what he is and did! I feel fortunate that I contacted Jersey Coast Appliance for service from those recommended by Whirlpool in my area.

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable technician!I had my dishwasher repaired and the technician was most helpful in explaining what was wrong,how it needed to be fixed and with what parts. He called in parts order immediately and was back at my house the next morning. We had only a few hours of down time with the machine. It gets used every day at least twice in our busy household and the technician accommodated our schedule wonderfully! Thanks Jersey Coast Appliance for the great experience!
